Precision Manufacturing

Thorough Cleaning
The fermenter is provided with a manway without shadow and clean-in-place spray balls covering 360 degrees of the fermenter, making cleaning easy and efficient.
Standard Configuration
- Material: Food-grade 304/316 stainless steel allows the component to be strong and food safe for an elongated period.
- Cooling Jacket: The red polyethylene liner is a double wall with the “dimples” cooling jacket covering the cone and the cylinder wall surface for the best temperature management.
- Sampling Valve: A sampling valve with a full sanitary tri-clamp is safe and easy to use.
- Manhole: A manhole with no shadows on the sides of the side shadow bay or the top pressure that makes it easier to access and clean the areas.
- Temperature Monitoring: Precision temperature is sensed through the PT100 temperature-measured thermowell placed correctly for temperature measurement.
- Racking Arm: The beer racking arm rotates at a tangent to the angle of the cone for the optimal orientation for transferring beer.
- Hops Port: A 4/6 inch port for dry hops adding, allowing for the addition of hops to the beer during fermentation.
- Pressure Relief: a Safety valve and by-pass valve with a pressure gauge are provided for operation at the right pressure.
- Lifting Bar: Integrated lifting bar on the top of the tank for ease of movement.
- Legs: Heavy leg construction, but adjustable bolts are provided for fixing and stability.
- Yeast Outlet: Inclined, 60° yeast dumping outlet in the fermenter for easy yeast removal.
