The jackets are specially designed to provide heating and cooling.
The volume of the cover headspace is added to the headspace calculation for a larger headspace.
Welding the tank is 100%TIG, all jackets are fully welded by water. The uniform cooling jacket dimpled to ensure long life and no leakage, welds are passivated.
The overall mirror polishing can be done by polishing the surface 6 times for a Ra 0.4um finish.
Before packing, we will test the jacket for 12 hours in air and water. The jacket pressure will be 5 Bar, the internal shell pressure 4 bar, and 48 hours of water testing.
All the testing records will be shown on our data when the tanks are shipped, along with checking the list of serial numbers and the quality control system.

Nice fermentor, the company made some small changes we requested with out any hesitation, the only issue was there were a few minor weld defects which could have been improved, they are very receptive to the feed back and we are considering them for further work.

I looked at a lot of stills and found that buying a cheap one would be throwing away money. So I checked out professional built and designed stills. I looked on e-bay, Amazon and private companies in the US and found the best deal on Alibaba with Wenzhou Ace Machine. Great to communicate with, patient, respond quickly and professional. It's built as solid as it looks, like a tank. It should last a long time. Likewise, it should still be around when i am gone. Shipping was expensive, but was also more expensive from this company in the US. It just costs lots to ship from anywhere. Happy with my purchase. Just have to test it out. By the looks of it, should run great.
