This Commercial Copper Vodka Still is made of high quality pure copper material cast in one piece, its excellent thermal conductivity helps to heat evenly and effectively remove impurities, ensuring the final product is clear and transparent vodka with pure flavor. The internal structure is sophisticated, including multi-stage distillation columns and precise temperature control system to achieve multi-stage fine distillation to extract the high quality vodka with moderate alcohol content and unique flavor.

Structure

A steam heating pot, direct or indirect electric heating, or direct fire heating are your options.
Gooseneck/helmet: We can alter it to meet your needs.
Gin basket: a copper sieve enclosed in a copper shell or copper
For the distillation column, copper or stainless steel are your options. Copper bubble plates, CIP balls, a by-pass valve, sight lights, and sight glasses
Copper or stainless steel can be used for the condenser column; the tubes are built to order.

Nice fermentor, the company made some small changes we requested with out any hesitation, the only issue was there were a few minor weld defects which could have been improved, they are very receptive to the feed back and we are considering them for further work.

I looked at a lot of stills and found that buying a cheap one would be throwing away money. So I checked out professional built and designed stills. I looked on e-bay, Amazon and private companies in the US and found the best deal on Alibaba with Wenzhou Ace Machine. Great to communicate with, patient, respond quickly and professional. It's built as solid as it looks, like a tank. It should last a long time. Likewise, it should still be around when i am gone. Shipping was expensive, but was also more expensive from this company in the US. It just costs lots to ship from anywhere. Happy with my purchase. Just have to test it out. By the looks of it, should run great.
