The 1 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 bbl jacketed unitank fermenter offer craft breweries of all sizes an innovative fermentation solution in one compact unit that combines fermentation and storage capabilities.

Each model comes equipped with capacities of one barrel (bbl), three barrels and 10 barrels to meet various production needs. They feature an advanced jacket insulation system equipped with an external coolant circulation channel for precise temperature regulation of internal fermentation temperatures and optimal conditions for yeast fermentation, resulting in full-bodied, consistent craft beers.

These unitank fermenter are typically constructed of high-grade stainless steel with polished interior surfaces for ease of cleaning and sanitation, featuring top or bottom inlet/outlet ports as well as an automatic cleaning system to meet hygiene standards.

unitank Advantages

  1. The tank has lifting ears that make it easy to lift equipment into place.
  2. It is flexible and convenient to deliver beer with a rotating elbow.
  3. A elliptical shield plate is added to the junction between the outriggers, the lower cone refrigerant pipe and the lower conical outsourcing in order to improve the accuracy of machining.
  4. All tanks have adjusting bolts that ensure they are leveled and aligned.
  5. Customers can easily operate the clamp that is installed between the material port at the bottom of tank and the clamp.
  6. The bottom of the Bright tank can be outsourced to a company that produces finished products.
  7. All tanks with a carbon stone are CO2-neutral.
  8. The manhole is easy to clean and has no shadows. The top manhole is designed to suit the fermentation process of the beer and can be customized.
  9. The volume of the top head is not included in the total volume.
